QMA has provided QS services for main contractors and subcontractors since 1996. Working on wide ranging projects from simple domestic extensions through to the largest RC frames, shopfitting, commercial refurbishment projects, showroom fit-outs and term-maintenance contracts.

Typically covering the wide spectrum of formal QS duties listed below, but often coupled with forming relationships with new employers and offering day to day advice and opinion on problem solving and risk management, especially with newer companies and those without the benefit of a full-time QS or management team. When times are difficult and problems are arising, this is often where we are able to step in and help steer the ship out of troubled waters.
